3 Piece Puzzle
It's always good to have 2-3 projects on the go if you are waiting for machines or something to fill your time. Accurate layout and cutting will be important for this project.
Steps:
1) Find material that is already close to 20mm thick (close to 3/4"). Minimum starting length is 30cm or 12 inches. I recommend at least 32cm or 13 inches
2) Use Jointer to create a reference Face and edge
3) Rip on Tablesaw to a width of 40mm
4) Is the thickness at 20mm yet? If not we will use the thickness planner to get it there!
5) Use a SHARP pencil and begin to layout your 3 pieces
6) Have teacher check your layout before proceeding to any cutting or drilling
7) Good tools to use for cutting and finishing. Drill, bandsaw, scroll saw, hand file
8) More Steps to come....
